Ever have one of those days? You look on the main site, see the WOD and think to yourself, "Why oh why do I put myself through the torture?"
Your brain tries to rationalize every reason why you should skip the gym today.

You're sore as hell.
Didn't eat right at lunch.
The kids have a game tonight and you don't have time. (Tried "Fran" lately?)
