Because I'm tired of telling myself that I'm not athletic, or not one of 'those people' who makes exercise a major priority or actually enjoys the gym. It feels good to prove myself wrong every time I finish a workout. If I can make it through Fight Gone Wrong (without throwing up or passing out), how many other things can I do that I've always told myself I couldn't?

We're all twisted, Aaron! So glad you came and trained with us for a little while.

In the 4 months that I've been with CFA I've become stronger both physically and mentally. I've finally silenced the asshole in my head that says "You can't lift that much weight. You can't do any more reps/ rounds/ whatever." I go in and I get it done and I feel amazing afterwards. My new strength continues to benefit me in all other areas of my life.

...Plus it's great to look good in a bathing suit AND it makes you feel like a badass at Ramsey or other lesser gyms.

Life is full of twists, turns, and surprises. You never know what is going to be thrown your way...much like CrossFit. People ask me what I'm training for, "I'm training for life, because there's more to life than bicep curls."

I know that anxious feeling, too. Felt it everyday for the 3 weeks I was in town, and feel it every night before I go to bed after checking the main site for tomorrow's workout. I love it...in that sick, twisted, CrossFit kind of way.
