If you absolutely have to workout, try this:
For time:
Throw a ball (any ball) as far as possible.
Sprint to it. Do 15 push ups.
Throw it again in the same direction.
Lunge to it. Do 30 sit ups.
Throw it again in the same direction.
Broad jump to it. Do 30 jumping lunges.
Throw it again in the same direction.
Run backwards to it. Pick it up.
Sprint home.
Go Dawgs! Hopefully.

What: 1st annual Pumping Pumpkins! WOD and carving contest

October 16, make sure to bring your pumpkins to the gym! This workout will be designed to teach non-CrossFitters how to lift odd objects correctly and safely. There will be scaled version of the workout so that everyone can participate. Members, don’t worry. You will still get a good workout.
Make sure to bring your pumpkin, any special carving tools you want and lots of friends and family too! I’ll have some basic carving tools available, and possibly a chain saw. See you there!

After everyone has fought, there will be a cookout. I’m grilling up some burgers and will have the fixings. Chris said he’s bringing some barbecue. Feel free to bring anything you want, including your choice of tasty beverage. No, there will not be any Kahuna Burgers, unless you bring pineapple.
