Cajun Paleo Diet

First, geaux out to da marsh and kill you a paleo
Then, fry that down in a pot and make a roux with flour and oil
Next, make you 5 cup of rice.

Serve that paleo overa bowl of rice... man that's good yeah!

If you get you a big paleo, that and the 5 cup of rice will cover you if company shows up or last you a week eatin' out of the pot.
