The above websites are a tiny representation of the amount of information out there regarding the paleo diet.

My suggestion to all of you is to go through your pantry and throw out the breads and pastas, cereals, oatmeals, and other non paleo friendly foods. Then, go through some of the websites above. Make a list of the recipes that sound really good. Plan out your meals off of those recipes, then go buy what you need. The chicken veggie roll ups on Everyday Paleo sound amazing. I will be making them very soon.

What's the best way to make sure you have a paleo lunch at school or work? MAKE ENOUGH FOR LEFTOVERS! It's so easy, even I can do it.
