Nutrition Session – $35 per hour
Spend an hour with one of our coaches fine tuning your nutritional program. Whether you need help writing a menu or a guide in the grocery store, you’ll get it here.
Nutrition 101 – $250
Everything you need to get started. We’ll show you exactly what to do and how to do it.
* 1 Initial Nutrition Session explaining the ins and outs and menu planning (1 hour)
* 1 Shopping Session w/ discussion (1 – 1.5 hours)
* 1 Cooking Session w/ discussion. We’ll show you how to whip up your new food into something tasty (1.5 hours)
* 1 book: The Primal Blueprint
* 1 Follow-up Session just to check up on you, review your food log, help you with any problems and give you a big pat on the back to keep you going (1 hour)
* Weekly weigh
Accountability 101 – $50/mo
For those who know what to do but need some accountability for a short period of time, to get on track. You’ll keep a detailed food log, we’ll make weekly comments to keep you on track as well as keep track of your weight and circumference measurements. Adding this to your monthly CrossFit membership is about as close as it gets to 1 on 1 personal training, without the price.
* Weigh-ins 1x/wk on Sat
* Food & Training Log MUST be maintained by the member
* Logs are turned in every Fri or Sat for review
* Logs will be returned on Mon, with notes
