Private Training

Private training is for individuals that do not like exercising in a group atmosphere, want more 1 on 1 time, need more accountability, or have significant issues that would limit them from the Group Classes. Sessions are anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour in length and include:

  • personalized fitness programing and instruction
  • Weekly accountability
  • Body data tracking
  • Nutritional accountability 101
