CrossFit is performed in a group environment, each class will last 1 hour per day. This environment allows members to encourage one another day in and day out. This is what makes CrossFot a true community.
Certified coaches
Every class will be lead by a CrossFit Trainer who will ensure all members are performing movements safely and effectively for the day. We are here to help you become the best version of yourself!
Workout of the day (WOD)
The workout changes everyday! CrossFit is constantly varied, meaning we will perform different movements everyday throughout the week.
Equipment
We use little equipment for our workouts.
Barbells, free weights, kettle bells, wall-balls, bikes, rowers and your own body.
nutrition
Eating well for life is the base of CrossFit. We will help every member learn the fundamentals of a healthy nutrition lifestyle and how to implement these changes into everyday life.
No limits
CrossFit is for everyone! There are no limitations on who or when you get started. Every workout can be modified to your specific needs and we will work with each member to ensure they reach the goals they have set for themselves!
